  I have been trying to book a holiday house for my birthday for the past TWO weeks. The two times I have made a call asking why I haven't heard anything back they tell me that the holiday department is busy.The first time I called, I was told that I would hear back within the next few days. I doubt the holiday department has been too busy to get in contact with me for over 2 weeks now. I asked for a rough idea as to when I would hear back on my last call and their response was "I don't know"
  
  very disappointed and won't ever be going through Ray White Normanville again.
